Research assistant at the Institute of Communications and Radio-Frequency Engineering of Vienna University of Technology; research projects for the European Space Agency (ESA) in the area of line-of-sight radio paths with laser beams between two satellites.
Advicer on energy and transport policy; assistant of Prof. Alexander Van der Bellen; Group of the Greens/Austrian Parliament.
As energy and technology expert, consultant for industrial companies, governmental and non-governmental organisations.
Founder of Hornbachner Energy Innovation (hei) in 2001.

Our vision
Global warming and scarce resources necessitate an eco-social reorientation and a phase-out of fossil energy sources and risk technologies. Our vision is an ecologically, economically and socially sustainable energy supply.

With our work, we would like to contribute to the introduction of renewable energies and the increase of energy efficiency.
