Light emitting diodes (LEDs) become ever more popular as illuminants. Due to their energy efficiency, LEDs more and more often replace conventional sources of light. Use of highly efficient LEDs allows for extraordinary high luminosity at relatively low energy input.
Multi-point-LED technologyTM
The LED technology, specially developed for hei solar light™, provides for an individual lighting design, adaptable to the location. Concentration of light by means of a lens system allows for defined light orientation on the ground. In doing so, scatter loss is minimised, the luminosity is optimised.
Service life
LEDs captivate with their extraordinary long service life of about 50,000 hours (full load) and more than 100,000 hours at partial load. Long service life and high reliability reduce operating costs.
Light pollution
An intelligent electronic system allows for activating individual LED-groups separately from each other. When using hei solar light™, light pollution becomes an issue of the past.
