The city of Wieselburg has equipped the Schulberg area with self-sufficient solar lights Mira 190.
In the course of road constructions for the "self-sufficient school area", the municipality of Wieselburg has decided in favour hei solar light™ Mira 190.
The prime objective of this "model residential area" was the conversion of a residential area built in the 19070s into a "model village" in terms of quality of living and a sustainable energy supply.
As a part of the necessary infrastructure works (pavement, lighting) a holistic concept for this area was developed in cooperation with the residents. The off-grid solar lights are a part of this overall concept and an ideal complement.
Wieselburg is the first Austrian municipality, which illuminates a whole section of a town completely self-sufficient.
