Studies in Electrical Engineering at the Vienna University of Technology and in Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
Research assistant at the Institute of Communications and Radio-Frequency Engineering of Vienna University of Technology; research projects for the European Space Agency (ESA) in the area of line-of-sight radio paths with laser beams between two satellites.
(Honorary) Member of the Board of Directors of Greenpeace Austria.
Officer for Energy and Traffic of the Grüner Club (Green Club) in the Parliament; member of the negotiation team (energy, budget) of the governmental negotiations with the Austrian People’s Party (ÖVP) in 2002
As energy and technology expert, many years of experience as co-worker and consultant for industrial companies, among others, as well as governmental and non-governmental organisations including (Verbund, BMLFUW, BMVIT, WWF, etc.).
